Mark it on this day of October 12th, 2012, I, julyxo84 has made it back into ONEderland in over a decade. Now I know I'm barely in it, but darn it, I'm in it!!!!!

 

It's been exactly 1 year since my VSG surgery. I feel great and am so blessed to have a loving family to help me get the surgery. Over 100 pounds lost and can't wait to continue losing!

 

Got on the scale today after I went to the bathroom, and I'm down 100 pounds since surgery. I feel great! Still a long way to go until goal, and I can't wait. Slowly but surely this weight is coming off and I feel so much better physically and mentally!

  

I'm down 85 pounds today since the surgery, and half way to go, another 85 pounds. I can do this! 

So today marks month 7 since the surgery. I'm down a total of 75 pounds.

Today was also my first time at the gym. My aunt bought me a 6 month membership to LA Fitness, and used it for the first time today. I did 30 minutes on the tredmill, and then I did 30 minutes on a few different weight machines. Felt good, but I'm sure I'm going to wake up sore in the morning, haha. Now I just gotta keep myself motivated and go to the gym a few times a week!
