On Thursday, 24/March/2011..I officially turned all of my required Clearance's (ex..Cardio, Pulmonary, Psych, Sleep Study, and 6mo Dietitian Program). I recieved a go recommendation as a Outstanding Candidate for the RNY (Gastric Bypass) Surgery
On Monday 04/April/2011..I received a call from Dr. Francis Buda office regarding my CPAP machine for my Sleep Apnea confirming a set-up date for 11/April/2011 between the hours of 10 - 11am to come out and set the machine up.
As, far as the communication goes concerning my Insurance Company decision the verdict is still out
