Power 90 circuit 3-4 = OUCH!

3 days ago we started the hard portion of Power 90. Basically it's faster, more reps on everything like abs, kicks, cardio, push ups, etc. It's no joke!Even on the first day I could tell I was going to be hurting later just by walking to my car, I felt the pain in my legs. It must have been the Squat/Lunge combo. OUCH!!!
But, if I'm hurting and sore, that must mean it's working, right??
