First Day pre-surgery diet

Ok, so it's 3:20 pm on the first day of my liquid Optifast diet.  My sugar is 5.2 and has been steadily most of the day.  I'm not hungry having had 2 of my 4 shakes but the taste is going to wear very thin very fast. 

I am certainly spacey in the head and my concentration is practically nil.  Good thing it's Friday!!

I CAN do this with my eyes closed and will be happy to do this!!
