Ha - no fill!

I did have my first post-op and the surgeon said I'm doing really well and no fill is required at this time.  I told him that while I'm not hungry I am concerned about portion size and will look to curb the tendency to increase.  I am very proud of this accomplishment.  I can do this and WILL do this, especially with the support of everyone here on OH and the continued love and support of my husband!  This is my mental game not the need to eat!!
