Day 3 Liquid Diet

Day 3 of Opitfast diet.  Like drinking cake batter, which I used to really like.  Is this headache from lack of food or dehydration?  Anyone know?  Trying to drink a fair bit but up all night peeing.  Haven't wandered from the diet though and really proud of myself about it too.  All part of the plan for a new and improved and HEALTHIER me!!
