1 year--Can't believe it is 1 year already!!!!

I can not believe it has already been a year.  I went in for my 1 year check up--Since I had lost 70% of my weight, they considered it successful.  My blood work was excellant.  Actually, my B12 was up too much.  Was told to back off to half of what I was taking.  I thought I would give an update on my measurements and weight.

I now weight 160.  I am still disappointed that it has not moved but 2 pounds in the last three months.  Have stepped up the exercise to try to kick it into gear.  Also realized I was eating too much fruit which has carbs, good carbs but my carbs were running over 125 per day.  So have cut those way down to less that 100 and try to keep it even less than 60. 

Here are the measurements--I started at 250 lbs.  Now 160= 90 lbs gone-- I am 5'3" and 54 years young.

calves  16 1/2 --- 14= 4 1/2"
knees 19.25---14=
thighs 29---22= 7"
hips 54---40=14"
waist 47--34=13"
chest (under breast) 41 1/2---34=7.5"
breast 48 1/2---39 1/2=9"
arms 20---13=7"
neck 16---13=3"

Total inches lost 70.25"
