I posted new pictures today.  I hear a lot of people, myself included, that really still see themselves as fat.  I was looking at the pictures of right before surgery and you can just see in my face how miserable I was.  Even the second set of photoes I felt better but still really overweight.  When I looked at the pictures my husband took of me just Saturday, I could actually see the loss and I actually was smiling!!!!!!!!!!!. I have lost 67 pounds and 50 inches in just 4 months!   I can not wait for the 50 remaining pounds to "get lost".  

I have an Eliptical and before surgery the most I could go on it was 2 minutes and it took me 30 minutes to get my breathe back.  Now, I can go 12 minutes and then go do the treadmill.   I can do so much more and not get out of breathe or have to stop and sit down. 

Anyone thinking about this surgery, I just can not recommend it enough.  It truly is worth it.   A life like I always wanted!
