Things are progressing well!

I met with Dr Billing and the rest of his staff on Jan. 17. They were all so friendly and nice and seemed truly interested in helping me on my journey. I had my EKG there, so that is out of the way. This coming week I am meeting with the nutritionist and having my psych evaluation. The week after I am having an endoscopy, which has me terrified. I hate any problems with my throat or the feel that something is in my throat. But, for this... I'll do it. With a smile.

It is really starting to seem like it's going to happen. I'm two weeks into my 3 month doctor supervised diet. I think I'm doing ok. My life has been taken up with helping my Mom. In a way, that has been helpful so I don't sit around counting the days till the next appointment.
