I'm APPROVED!!!!!!!

I just got the call from my surgeon's office. They received the approval from my insurance and now we can move on with the rest of the process! Next up is the pre-op visit with the surgeon and a diet class with the NUT and we can schedule the surgery!

It's really going to happen for me, isn't it??

I can't believe it. After all these months of hoop jumping and all the years of wanting this, it's finally going to happen.



The emotions are going crazy and I'm trying to keep my mind on one move at a time. Right now I'm concentrating on the visit with the surgeon and the fact that I have to pay a 5% co insurance at the time. Yikes. I have no idea how much that will be.

Then I have the NUT appointment which is a class on post-op eating. That will cost me $200.

So keeping my mind on those things will keep me from FUH-REEEKing out about having the surgery.

I keep thinking... what could happen now? What could keep me from having the surgery? Is something going to pop up to complicate things? Ugh. Shut up mind! I'm approved for crying out loud. That is the hardest part!
