Opti-Fast Day 7 Surgery t- minus 14 days and counting

Day 7, and all I can say is, I'm hungry. It is not a ' need food' hunger, but a 'would love to have something solid to eat besides freaking cucumbers and Opti-Fast hunger'

This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but if I keep my eye on the prize I will do it, may not be happy about it but I will DO IT.

Just sayin....
