Appointment #3

Today we met with Dr.Macik. I don't know what I was expecting, but I was not blown away. We waited in the waiting room for about 40 minutes filling out a few sheets of paper for their records. We were called back and met with the nurse. She was wonderful. She was easy to talk to and we had a good conversation. I was a little annoyed by the fact that they told us our insurance required a few things we were unaware about. They said they would have to look into it. I guess I was hoping that they were more prepared in talking to each patient. We met with the doctor or all of 5 minutes. He didn't really say much I don't even know if he looked over our paperwork. My husband said he didn't get any negative vibes from him and we have done a ton of research so we didn't really have questions. Maybe I am just being too picky. I have read a bunch of reviews about our doctor and all of them have been positive. I have to have some blood work done (THC I think needs to be tested) this will happen Thursday morning and I meet with our PCP then too. We have to get her approval. I am most worried about this b/c we don't have a long history with her. We really only go to the doctor if we are sick. Saying a prayer that she will give us her blessing. Tomorrow is our phys evaluation. I will let you know how that goes :0)
