Feeling Better

Well after my last post I had felt kinda down HOWEVER.....I talked to my neighbor & she said I would only need records from 2007,08 & 09. I have those. She also said that it doesn't matter how long you have had a co-morbidity as long as you currently have it & are being treated for it. I have that also.
So everything is still a go. I am sooo relieved.
I also found out that one of my best friends growing up had lapband surgery. I saw some pics of her, I haven't seen her in a while, & she looked great. I asked her what her secret was & she said "ITS LAPBAND'. So that encouraged me as well.
I still have 3 more months to go before I can submit to the insurance for approval, but during that time I will continue to attend support groups, work on my behavior modifications such as eating slower & not drinking with meals as well as visiting this website as much as possible for encouragement & support.  I really do enjoy this site. There are alot of wonderful people here.
