when I can wear a dress and not feel that extra jiggle in my belly as I walk.
when I can walk, and not feel my ass shake not once...  but twice. 
when I can bend over to tie my shoes and not have to hold my breath because I can't breathe
when I can walk up a flight of stairs, and not feel like my heart is racing
when I can cross a bridge, and not be winded half way to the top
when I can do cartwheels
when I can swing my little one more than twice
when I can shop for clothes anywhere I want to
when I can sit for a while, and not have to take more than a minute to stand up again
when I can not walk hunched over because my legs, feet and back hurt
when I can go to bed and not wake up with acid burn in my throat
when I can lay down OR stand up, and see my feet without straining
when I can, when I can, when I can…  
I can, I can, I can…   
I will, I will, I will.
