POST FIRST FILL...

SO I HAD MY FIRST FILL ON MONDAY.  I WAS A LITTLE WORRIED GOING INTO THE DR'S OFFICE, SINCE I'VE "TECHNICALLY" BEEN WITHOUT RESTRICTION FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS AFTER ALL THE SWELLING HAD FINALLY GONE DOWN.  A WEEK OF VACATION (JOE'S CRAB SHACK, MELLOW MUSHROOM, PF CHANGS, CARMELITA'S, ETC) THEN PMS (WHICH MAKES ME RAVENOUS) AND I FIGURED I'D GAINED ALL OR HALF THE WEIGHT I HAD LOST BACK.

LOST A POUND.  GO FIGURE.  LOL.  SO DOWN A TOTAL OF 15 SO FAR.

24 HRS OF LIQUIDS, THEN SOFT FOODS, AND...

HAD MY FIRST REAL MEAL, AFTER MY FIRST FILL, LAST NIGHT AND WAS A LITTLE WORRIED…  HAD SALMON, BROCCOLI AND TERIYAKI NOODLES (ONLY ABOUT ½ C OF EACH, THOUGH) AND WASN’T FEELING FULL AT ALL.  BUT WASN’T HUNGRY, EITHER, UNTIL ABOUT 9PM, WHEN I ATE A COOKIE.  LOL

  THIS MORNING, HAD MY PROTEIN SHAKE FOR BREAKFAST, AND WAS OK UNTIL ABOUT 10PM.  SO I HAD ¼ C OF NUTS AND WAS GOOD UNTIL NOON.   LUNCH HAD 2 SMALL RIBS, 1/2 C PULLED PORK, 1/3 OF A CHICKEN BREAST, 1/2 PIECE OF GARLIC BREAD, AND A SMALL PIECE OF CHOCOLATE CAKE 1/2 HR LATER.  .  (ANNUAL BBQ LUNCHEON AT WORK)    STILL FULL 2 HRS LATER, AND I’D NORMALLY BE LOOKING FOR A SNACK RIGHT ABOUT NOW.  ACTUALLY, THE THOUGHT KINDA MAKES ME NEAUSOUS.   SOUNDED LIKE A LOT FOR LUNCH…  BUT WHEN I CONSIDER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ½ RACK OF RIBS, WHOLE BREAST, WHOLE PIECE OF GARLIC BREAD AND THE PULLED PORK TO BOOT…  I GUESS I’M DOING BETTER THAN I WAS BEFORE.  :)    AND UGH…  THOUGHT OF FOOD STILL MAKING ME NEAUSEOUS.  DINNER MAY JUST BE A LEAN POCKET TONIGHT.  LOL

ADD THAT UP ON MY CALORIE COUNTER, AND I'M STILL UNDER 1300 CAL FOR THE DAY.  WOO HOO!!
