Proverbs 16:3 NKJV
³ Commit your works to the LORD,
      And your thoughts will be established
The Message  ³ Put God in charge of your work,
   then what you've planned will take place.

Hebrews 4:12 NKJV
¹² For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The message  ^12-13God means what he says. What he says goes. His powerful Word is sharp as a surgeon's scalpel, cutting through everything, whether doubt or defense, laying us open to listen and obey. Nothing and no one is impervious to God's Word. We can't get away from it—no matter what.



so what do these verses mean. Jesus is giving us the instruction we need to make sure we are on the right path. Be all about your Father's business and all else will fall in line. Does this mean have tunnell vision/ No Did Jesus have tunnell vision? He saw all that was going on around Him but kept to the plan, did He not help people along the way, that was the plan. What is God trying to tell you today? Are you seeking His discernment or do we have our own agenda. A friend of mine said to me one day: " I really do not understand the saying " What would Jesus do?" She said that it should not be " What would Jesus do?" It should be read His word and do what He did not try to conjour up what He would have done. Do we give everything to Him? Do you know what Jesus did when He was in a situation like yours? We have a manual. Do we read it and commit it to our heart?
I know a lot of questions. Just something to think about today and meditate on and commit to memory.

Just a side note: I have been dealing with the Carb Monster( my nickname for the enemy) for the past two weeks and I know I am not the only one. I have not craved carbs for 10 months but then started to eat them more often and now I want them all the time. Time to detox again. Anyone else going through this and if you are what do you do about it. Let me and the group know please.
