Last week was such a busy week!  I was only able to make it to the gym once.  Tomorrow I know i'll pay the price!  Yoga then a personal training session... It will not tickle. 

The closer my appt to meet the Doc and shrink, the more nervous I'm getting.  I really hope they will approve me :(
