8 weeks post-op

So, I finally lost 1 lb.  I lost it a couple of weeks ago, it found me + 1 more, and by last night they were both gone again.  I pray they stay gone and lose a few buddies with them this next week!  So, My weight is 224 this week.  I am only going to bring it out on weigh in day, which has been Tueday nights, as that was the day of my surgery and I sleep from 2-945 pm, but I think I will change weigh ins to Saturday or Sunday mornings after my nights off.  I am trying to push the protein, and increase my water intake, but I annot seem to motivate myself to go downstairs and get onthat treadmill!  Last weeks efforts didn't make any difference in my weight, and i just HATE it!  I know it will make a difference over time.  My calories average 600-700, and I have been pushing to get 800-1000 daily, and that was when I lost the 2 lbs.  Also trying to increase protein to 80-100 g a day, hard to do without shakes.  I have at least 1 a day.  Oh, and I am keeping my scale under the bed until weigh in day once a week.  Otherwise I am either really thrilled or really pi**ed off!
