Sleeve surgery then bowels collapsed

I had my sleeve surgery on 5/29 was released from hospital on 6/1 was bck in er on 6/1 still in the hospital right now. Having alot of pain.. They stated since I just had major surgery my body didnt know how to react and my intestines upper part are inflammed and the lower part has collapsed. I 'm really scared right now. I take walks to move around the doctor comes in orders more tests not really telling me anything I'm in alot of pain on a regular basis.. Not allowed any liquid or anything everything is just iv. has anyone experienced this and what was the outcome... They keep asking me if I had any other surgeries in the past I had my tonsils removed and nasal pylops done and had stictches on my foot in 2001. my stomach is hard as a rock. and breathing hurts
