Day 7 of Optifast

So at first I was doing great in a controlled environment at work. I'm a single parent so to leave work and then make dinner absolute no,no ...   The first day I started Opti-fast I came home from work and my 6 year old daughter was like mommy I'm hungry..... lol, I'm like what is going on. I have a 19 year old daughter  who is suppose to be helping me. but I guess she wasn't taking me serious when I told her that she would have to cover the dinner for herself and the baby. AFTER A MOMMY TANTRUM....LOL......       Everything is on track thank goodness she decided to help out along with my mother coming over just about everyday.  By time I walk in the door everything is done and they are already fed and we can continue on with our normal activities.

Already I feel great not heavy and weighed down with food. I ran up the basement steps and wasn't tired. My kids and I usually share the household chores. I woke up at 5 am on sunday and did everything myself ....except trash kids can take that out....

Loving the movement and the freedom which is small right now. Imagine once I'm healthier and more active. How much my life will change. This is just something that has been a daydream will now be reality.
