Well, it is almost 2 years now and I have finally not only reached my surgeons goal weight, but one pound lower. I started this journey at 302lbs and now weigh 149lbs. That is 153lbs lost.....that is a whole overweight person! Now I just hope I can tone up and reshape my body parts to where they are supposed to me lol.....Now my goal is strength and I can't wait to achieve it!!!

I am now down 134lbs...so I am now 169. 19 more lbs to go until I hit my surgeons goal which seems so difficult now,  but he won't let me have a tummy tuck until I do and I really want one, lol.....

Well, today is 11 months out. I have lost 124lbs so far. I started this journey at 302lbs and now weigh 178lbs. I have gone from a BMI of 50 to 29.6. I have gone from Obese to Overweight. I would have never been here without this surgery and I would recommend it to anyone. Now I just have to get to 150, lol....

Well, I went to my surgeon yesterday for my weigh in and I am down 95lbs!!! I have 56 more lbs to go until I reach the surgeon's goal for me. It is amazing to think that 7 months ago I weighed nearly 100 more lbs than I do today! How is everyone else doing?

Four Months Out

It was four months on Jan. 5th and I am down 67lbs so far. I just wanted to share that. I still don't feel any thinner though.....

My Story

Hi, I am 27 years old and I was 302lbs the day of surgery. I have four sons, Logan-9, Christopher-8, Daniel-5, and Caleb-3. I am a full-time student online at Thomas Edison State College of New Jersey pursuing a BA in Liberal Studies. I have one more semesters to go.
