Day 6

Today I am feeling even better than yesterday. It took all my energy to just take a shower and shave my legs when I first got up. Yesterday I managed to get in all my water and 2 shakes. I know I need to start getting 3 in each day but I had to stay up late just to get the water in me. I had an appointment at the VA so I went and saw the nurses in the infusion clinic. Each of them has had a WLS.... each a diff kind. I mostly went in to just make sure the unsure feelings I am having etc are "normal" Turns out I am pretty normal. I have much less pain than I have the past several days so I am taking that as a good sign of healing and success. My family and husband are being amazing and just let me relax. I love them all so much. Today I am going to have 2 friends come over and visit with me. I have been praying, reading my bible, and just deep breathing to fend off anxiety.
