Hey everyone,
I know that it has been awhile, nothing much going on...still feeling the void that was created when my sister died.  I have my good days and bad days.  I miss her soooo much. I haven't really changed weight wise...i go up and down the same 5lbs....today I am up....tommorrow I'll be down.....but at least I haven't gained the bounce back weight...and I am going to concentrate more on losing the last 30lbs that I wanted to lose.
Okay till next time. I'll be back and update more often.
