1st August 2013 - start of liquids.

So far so good.  I have completed my first day on the pre-op liquid diet with eas. 3 optifast protein shakes.  Also cleaned the lounge room & mopped the floors.  Can't sleep grrrr.  Made contact with a personal trainer :) getting lots of water.
