Liquid Diet ReCaps....

My “FIRST” liquid diet wasnt “Official”, Lol. My surgeon no long follows the BOOKLET(They gave to me) anymore. Found that out May 9th and my surgery is May 17th so liquid diets are two days before, now. Good news I lost 22lbs from it, in a week. May 10th - May 13 I felt so bad and miserable. I was nauseated and very sleepy. After drinking my protein drinks i felt so much better (Thanks Bestie). I started my official liquid diet May 15th.
