Post-Op (Re-cap)

Hello OH........ I'm  a week and two days Post-op. It's been very difficult, but I have been getting by ok. I did had to stay to extra days in the hospital after surgery. I did slip two time seen my "New Life"........ but I'm trying to do better. i have/will learn to do better with my chooses in life. The day of my surgery i was 470. I'm not sure how much I weigh now. I wiil be doing a follow up visit this week coming so I will update after my visit.
