Oops!  I forgot to blog yesterday so today is for today and yesterday!!  So far so good.  I have followed the Plateau Busters Diet and have lost 6.2lbs total!!!  I know it's just water weight but I don't care I will take it.  I started out at 158.8lbs and this morning I weight 152.6.  My lowest so far has been 145.2 and that was post op from my last plastic surgery.  I want to get down to the low 140's or high 130's.  I think I will be comfortable there and will be able to maintain it ok.  It will be interesting to see how much I actually lose during this 10 days.  The first day was probably the hardest because I just wanted to eat but I didn't and by the second day that urge had subsided alot.  Today I feel great but a little bit tired.  Today Sue, Scott and I walked outside for 45 minutes doing the nature trail near our work.  It was about 22 degrees out but it wasn't windy out so it was ok.    Yesterday Sue and I walked for about 35 minutes but we walked inside.  So far today I've had:  3 oz cottage cheese at about 8:30, 3 oz roast beef at noon.  At 3pm I had my calcium chew which is pretty good.  Right now I am drinking an 8oz glass of cold water with 2 T benefiber mixed in.  I've also had about 20 oz of bottle water.  I really need to drink more.  I am making ground turkey with taco seasonings.  So I will have 2-3 oz of meat and no more than 1 oz low fat cheese.    I've also chewed several pieces of sugar free gum.  My calories according to fitday.com have been really low so I'm thinking I will need to bump it up a little bit.  After the 10 days I am planning on doing the diet but adding milk, some fruits and veggies which is what I should of been doing all along.  Between the Holidays and all the traveling and eating out I just felt I really needed to do this diet just to get myself back on track.  That's about it for now, I will blog again tomorrow.
