First Orientation

Yesturday I had my first meeting/orientation. Never in my life did I realize how many papers, handout and information would I recieve. I already started my liquid diet and unfortunately I started having diarrhea from it...ick. Ive already started feeling like my journey is beginning. I started realizing today how often I put food in my mouth. My son gave me his let over crackers and my immediate reaction was to put it in my mouth. Instantly I spit it out and I couldnt believe I did that. Later for lunch I went to take a bite of his food and stopped myself barely. I never realized how often I eat from his plate.
