No RNY????

So I get a call last week from the nurse informing me that I may not be a canidate for the RNY. They want to do a colonoscopy and after that I will be able to find out if im having it or not.  I really wish they wouldve told me this prior to starting the pre-op diet.  Worse case scenario is I cant have the RNY and I will have to do the lap-band and my date will be pushed back.  It frusterates me because they said I was a canidate and Im already scheduled and I already recieved all the information for the surgery but now their not sure....ugh! I feel frusterated.
