So I went on a monster walk this weekend 4 miles--and I didn't have any problems with my back until the very end--used to be 3 minutes in and I would have been in serious back pain.YAHHHHHH. Other good things since surgery 1. stopped snoring 2. Can sleep laying down and on my stomach now since I have no more acid reflux 3. am fitting into chairs at work better. These are big things--well small things- but they mean alot to me. Pants are getting bigger and bra's aren't so tight. I am down to 1 1/4 chin- from 2 1/2. I lost 3 lbs this weekend. I still struggle with getting enough protein-- still searching for that elusive protein shake that will taste good to me--and struggleing with water intake--I get about 40 oz a day--but I am working on it. Hubby is doing great on his diet too--he is below 240- for the first time in a long time--grrr he still is 25 lbs skinner than I am- but I am happy he is losing too. I think I am going to start my vitamins early --b/c I know I am low on iron and b-12--still a little tired but better than before. On ward and Down ward!
