Plateau is over!!

So the scale is moving again!-- down to 247 after about a week of no movement...been better with my vitamins and other meds.  Having really bad leg cramps though--I am going to call the doc and see what they are--I am thinking potassium problems.  Pants are really baggy-- fit into my first pairs of 22's-- not all of them fit because of the brand- but the streatchy ones are good to go!  On ward and Down ward!
