The weekend is over and a new week is here (well for most of us, some of you lucky stiffs have today off) ...so what's on your agenda for the week?  I've read a lot of your posts with great ideas about how to prepare your meals and vitamins to keep yourself away from the pitfalls of fastfood. I also notice that they are from the folks who are "vets" and successful ones.  I think that these are wonderful suggestions that we could all benefit from. Great ideas to get us back on track or keep us there.  

As for me...I'm trying: to persevere, to keep on track, to not fall apart, to not to resort to stinkin' thinkin' and to try to stay focused on the job and days ahead.

I'm not really ready for it, but am going to give it one heck of a shot...How are YOU doing??
