Hi, I am 4 days pre-op on the 5 shakes aday...only!!!  I am starving having headaches and dizziness. My doctor said I have to do this diet because I had to quit smoking and didn't lose any weight. My surgery date is Nov 8th. Is it really worth all this.....quit smoking and no food with constant headache???? Help...I am losing focus.
