Yesterday was terrible for me....I am only 6 days out from surgery and we had a cookout at our house. I thought I would be able to cook and be OK, I was wrong. I made ribs, hot franks, grilled chicken, potato salad, and baked beans,  It seemed that everything was looking extremely good. I was sipping water all day trying not to watch the hubby, kids, and grandkids eat.

Damn, I GOTTA HAVE A BITE.......

I took a bite of my daughters hot frank on a bun with mustard and cole slaw, hmmmmmmm, it was good. I had to spit it out because I couldn't  swallow............

What a terrible day
