Hello All, my name is Zenobia and my story is simple. I am 42 years old and overweight. I began to gain weight after I had 2 children and have never been able to go backwards. My kids are 20yrs old and 21 yrs old, so I have been over weight for 21 years. My highest weight is 265lbs. I am hoping that with the help of the VSG, I can get back to 160lbs. I have a condition called Pseudotumor cerebri. My body produces too much spinal fluid. I have also been told that I am a borderline diabetic. My doctor says that both may go away with my weight loss, so I'm motivated to get the pounds off. I sure could use some words of encouragement before my up coming surgery 6-29-10.
