lap band fill update

$250 for 5 lbs.
not the band's fault, its mine. I have lost my mental conditioning that I had when I had surgery. The band is still there but my mind isn't in the right place. IT is a TOOL for weight loss not a quick fix.
I have managed to get an upper respiratory that evolved into pneumonia...again....the problem.....REFLUX at night. I feel like I'm drowning.
Maybe band is too tight....Maybe its just me and my lapband PERIOD.
I have had 6 years of this. SIX.
I won't give up though....EVER. I have a family and a husband that I have to be well for.
I recently subscribed to Michelle May on my email and received an email about Bariactric Surgery ONLY being a tool and MINDFUL eating. It made so much sense.....again. Funny how we learn a new lifestyle and then forget it and a have to retrain ourselves!!
so right now, I am trying to discipline my eating...and drinking. I swear I could drink a gallon of milk in a couple of days....talk about calories!
Well I will quit rambling. I just dont know anyone with a lap band and especially with one as long as I've had mine.
I'm six years and 3 months out and have regained 28 lbs......from a 110lb weight loss.
Now I have to fight again...I refuse to lose this....I refuse to be another Carney Wilson, no offense Carney. She is sweet but she is a horrible example to us. She looks terrible and has failed miserable and is in the spotllight...shame on her.
DONT be another Carney. Just sayin. FIght it!!
