Well I am 31 pounds past goal weight which was 189. I started at 292 which is 134 lbs total lost. I talked to my doctor and he told me to increase my protein from 100 grams to 120 grams a day. All my blood work came back great. I am not complaining about the weight loss because I can do sooooo much more than I could do before. I get a lot of compliments on my weight loss but I also get worried people saying that I look sick. My wife doesn't think so and she is the only one that I care what she thinks of my looks. I work out and am not gaining any mass at all seem to losing it. Any suggestions?Thanks.
