Today I really did not do anything, I went on a walk in the morning and I started taking vitamin C 250mg and iron 65mg because I was low. Then I went on another walk like 20 mins ago; For me its just hard to keep going after a wile. I think I am just nerous that I am not going to loss five pounds.
