pain

I am having really bad back pain and I dont know what to do? can anyone help me? i had my surgery 26 day ago. I do not have back pain during the day but when it gets to 6:00 I am in sooo much pain and some times I cant sleep. is this ok or do i need to get help.

So today I went for a weigh in and I lost seven more pounds! I add up all the wieght I lost 20 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! SO HAPPY...

BIG NEWS

Before I get to the big news the other day I went to the doctor and did all the testing. I was really neverous about it about it was great. 

So this morning I got a phone call and it was the doctors and we schedule my surgery for April 19. I am sooooo happy.....

Today I really did not do anything, I went on a walk in the morning and I started taking vitamin C 250mg and iron 65mg because I was low. Then I went on another walk like 20 mins ago; For me its just hard to keep going after a wile. I think I am just nerous that I am not going to loss five pounds.

Today was my first weigh in and I lost eight pounds!!!! I and soo happy. The doctor sad I just need to loss five more pounds to schedule my surgery.
