Update on my previous comments..gladiator from smoothie king

I looked at the sheet from smoothie king....with the fruits...they all have lots of carbs and sugars... Banana was the least... But like someone told me, that is natural sugar NOT added....so its easier to lose!!  BUT in my mind I have NO sugar... NO to Low carbs... NO to Low fats.....LOL  The strawberries ARE soaked in sugar ... They told me they could rinse them off, but in my eyes they are STILL soaked and full of sugar....I ordered gladiator with banana only and the strawberry powder which has nothing in it but the protein.... It was yummy......It was the healthiest way you can go and still get your high protein unless you get the ISOPURE (taste like poop unless it is cold, not that I know what poop taste like but I imagine that is it....I only had the blue one) that has nothing in it but 40g protein....

Anyways I just wanted to make that correction for those of you who seen my last post!!
19 to ONDERLAND!! (slow this week it seems LOL Its only cause I am sooooo close to it I can almost taste it!!)
