WOW Its been a while :)

Hey Hey! WOW I see it has been a while since I comments anything on here. I guess it is because I talk to the ones I usually talk to on the phone and they know everything already haha right Sherri?? :) Umm.. Since the last time I said anything on here, the wedding, I have lost a ton. I am down 60+ lbs since the surgery. I did hit a stall for a month or so but I have been losing again for the past 11 days!!!! 13 lbs!! and still counting LOL... I am almost in onederland!! I am aiming for my goal weight for this summer!!! (going to Disney World).. I know I can do it!!!! :)

I do have to say.... NO sugar, Low carbs and Low fats is a BIGGGGG factor... I think that is why I stalled... I was intaking some of those things.. It was not alot but it was enough to make me not lose but not enough (thankfully) to gain. Now that I have everything in my head again I dont intake ANYTHING that has more than 5 carbs.. 0 sugar and closest to NO fat... It is melting away again....

I have found that pork skins are good and I skim dip them in a Garden Veggie Phil. cream cheese dip.... Yummy, I also live off of Tery. beef jerky lol.... also eat chicken in a can (very low in everything) with some Dij. mustard...... and water... hahaha


I do get the ISOPure from smoothie king.. I only tried the blue and it is not too bad... (cold only) :) I was getting Strawberry/ Banana Gladiator from smoothie king . I learned that is not that good for you as they say.. HIGH sugar... Well reason being... they soak their strawberries in SUGAR.. AHHH.... They wanted to rinse it off, ummm NO they have it soaked already.... so I tried it with Mango and Pineapple!!!!! OMG I find it was soooooo much better tasting anyway..... :) and better for you!!!

I will try to keep up on here with everyone, for the ones I do not talk to on the phone or new comers!! :) BUT if you ever want to talk or need some info.. message me. I do check this everyday!! ttyl....
