Been a long time!

WOW!! Its been a long time since I been here writing! I think I need to start again to put myself back on track. I have stalled for years now with a lb. here and there, off and on but more on than off. I am going to try that 5 day pouch test from http://5daypouchtest.com/,  I have been seeing around on other post. I hope I have luck and success! I am looking at my weight goal tracker on here and the other post I have written in the past, and its kinda a bummer to see how close I was years ago and to see how I let a lot of time slip away just because I didn't want to stay true to my body anymore. I guess its because I was happy and thought I could do what I wanted? I don't know what happen but I need to take control of my tool... better late than never, right? *Fingers crossed*
