Update - New Band

Well...its been a while. So, here it is May 2010. I started having a lot of reflux and found out my band slipped and caused a hiatal hernia. I had that repaired in Feb. 2009. A few months ago I started having the same issues, another slip I found out. So this week I had surgery again and had my old band replaced with the new type. It has been shown to cause less issues. So I am 3 days post-op, and am feeling pretty good. I have kept my weight off even through all through all the chaos. 187 was my weight this week. I am hoping to lose10-15 pounds, that I have gained over the last year. Even though I have had these issues, Yes I say I would do it all over again. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself.
