Misstique
My first seminar for lap band was in the beginning of Jan 2007. I went home that night and signed up on line. I have checked with insurance and they will pay, but I dont meet their minimum requirements. I am actually pretty healthy, and some people may think I am crazy, but I could care less. Anyone who has dealt with weight issues all their life understands. I have attended my appointment with the Dr. He has actually had the surgery done on himself. I am currently on optifast, it has been 5 days so far, and I think I am doing great. I have lost 9 pounds, and I have not had many cravings. Tonight is the super bowl, so we will see how that goes. My surgey is set for 2/13/07. I am getting more and more excited. I know it will be a hard road but I am ready, willing, motivated, and able.
