I had my surgery on the 29th it is done!!!

Well it done and I am on my way to a healthier lifestyle. I thank God that all is well and all will be well. I have moved on to POD2  and this gas pain is killing me. If there is anyone who can tell me how to get rid of this gas I would greatly appreciate it.
