OK so I went skating with my daughter on her field trip.I am in so much pain I can barely walk. But we had a good time. I have been doing prettyt good as well as my husband. I have my 2nd NUT appt on the 16th so we will see how this goes. starting Monday I am going to do a water fast all day and eat a healthy dinner. I have a taste for some Salmon and salad. ( My husband makes the best
