Great workout at gym in pool with friend from here (Watts)  Really nice to spend time with her.  
Scale being stubborn... only down 2oz sigh...not losing weight but most making me PB or slime....   Have been doing alot of slime :(  If still an issue at end of month will break down and go to Dr.  Wanting to stick it out and see if its maybe just inflammation or something.....  Afraid to get unfill and then not only not lose weight but perhaps start gaining weight....  Going to do a serious check on my intake to see exactly how much I am eating and drinking.  Have a date tonight......really hoping he isn't wanting to take me out for steak.... :)    Today has been a good day, I hope this post doesn't sound otherwise :)  Just listing things that have been going on. :)
