These last 12 lbs.

It seems live I've been in the 150's for forever......I'm so ready to be in the 140's. Yeah, I know it's just a number and all that. But yeah it seems like these last 12 lbs. are trying. I heard ppl. talk about the last 10 lbs, but I didn't think I would be one of them b/c I go so hard in the gym, cut way down on snacking. It seems like when I'm not paying attn. and eating excess calories I somehow lose wt.,but when I'm disciplined with my cals, fat, carbs, protein, etc. I maintain. Crazy. I don't like going off track with my calories but it seems like I have to throw a couple high calories days in there to get the scale moving again. I've tried to slack off on going to the gym to compensate, but I like working out.

Size wise, I've met my wildest dream goal, size 6 in most bottoms, the other size 6's I can't get past my thighs, which I'm not mad about, my thick muscular thighs balance out my upper body. I just want to get down to 140 or smaller so that I can have some bounce back room. In a perfect world, I would maintain b/t 143-147, unless I was preggos. So yeah, I'm plunging away, I wanted to be at 140 by Halloween. I'm gonna shoot for being @145 or under.
