Damn, I feel sexy

That is a non-scale victory for me, I've had moments in the past, but nothing as lasting as I felt this past weekend. I'm trying to focus on all of the positive non-number related things that comes up. I'm still at 148  2 weeks later, but I have to remember not too long ago it was 248 and higher, so I'm just taking my slooooow loss in stride and honing in on how I'm feeling. I feel good therefore I look good, my health is good, therefore, I'm feeling good. It's all falling into place, Thank You Jeses!

In the past when compliments would come my way from men I would shy away from it or brush it off, now I'm comfortable enough in my skin to where I'm taking it in, saying Thank You and moving it along, b/c I know I am. Just joking, but it feels good to be in such a good place, I'm so grateful and full of hope of even better things to come.  Happy Thanksgiving!
