Approved for DS with Dr. Keshishian, but not happy

Dr. Juarez's office called and said CIGNA called the about a preauthorization for surgery in California a revision To RNY. I told her i wanted the DS and she said well I thought you were getting the 1st part of the surgery now and he was going to switch me later. I said he told me he would never ever give me a sleeve I Was too small. I called CIGNA and talked to the preauth. department on Wednesday. Friday I called to check and my surgery with Dr. Keshishian has been approved.

Well if i am approved why am i not happy? In a terrible turn of events my mother is in ICU fighting for her life since Sunday. She Went to surgery to have a kidney stone removed. She has pulmonary fibroids. She told them not to give her all that saline her lungs couldn't handle it they insisted and damaged her lungs to the point of no repair of recourse. Afterall, she has been a RN for 40 years plus she knows her disease.Now because of their stupidity she is going to pass way too young! Man it hurts so bad! What hospital you ask John C Lincoln Deer Valley phoenix, AZ. If i get run over in their parking lot don't take me there!
